Nofolios runs a remote design residency operated from Bangalore, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this site or apply, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to evaluate your application and run the residency.
We collect your name and email, the work you submit as part of the application brief, basic analytics about how you use this site (pages visited, device type), and, if you are placed, the salary and employment details needed to administer the income-share agreement.
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the mentors and hiring partners involved in your residency, and with service providers such as analytics and email tools that help us operate, all under confidentiality obligations.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate you and, where relevant, to run your ISA.
